Lone Star Credit Union recognizes the value of education and supports the educational goals of our Members through our scholarship program. Through our partnership with the Greenville Independent School District, LSCU’s “Good Scholarship” was created in 2020 to reward two graduating seniors of Greenville High School with a $1,000 scholarship.

Annual Meeting Update (3/24/20)

Due to the Dallas County Shelter-in-Place order, LSCU will be hosting our Annual Meeting virtually on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 6 p.m.

The annual LSCU Crew Day, themed “Bonding Together”, was held on February 17, 2020.  Becky Reed, CEO, announced the winners of LSCU’s Annual Employee Recognition Awards including Branch of the Year and Employee of the Year.

Becky Reed, CEO, announced the winners of LSCU's Annual Employee Service Awards at the LSCU Day of Empowerment held on January 21, 2019. The annual service awards given were Branch of the Year and Employee of the Year. We are excited to recognize this year's recipients for their success in the 2018 business year.

In June we announced that our President and CEO, Jerry Clancy, is retiring September 30, 2018. The Board of Directors has named Becky Reed as LSCU’s next Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2018. Becky currently serves as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Information Officer at LSCU, as well as Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board for PureIT CUSO.

Today is bittersweet for all of us at Lone Star Credit Union. Jerry Clancy, LSCU President and Chief Executive Officer, has announced his retirement effective September 30, 2018. Mr. Clancy has been an integral part of LSCU for the last 49 years and served as President for more than 25 years. He will remain on the LSCU Board of Directors through his elected term (2020).
