Annual Meeting Update (3/24/20)

Due to the Dallas County Shelter-in-Place order, LSCU will be hosting our Annual Meeting virtually on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 6 p.m.

The Annual Meeting will include an overview of the 2018 business year, election of the board of directors, and door prizes. Refreshments will be provided.

In June we announced that our President and CEO, Jerry Clancy, is retiring September 30, 2018. The Board of Directors has named Becky Reed as LSCU’s next Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2018. Becky currently serves as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Information Officer at LSCU, as well as Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board for PureIT CUSO.

Today is bittersweet for all of us at Lone Star Credit Union. Jerry Clancy, LSCU President and Chief Executive Officer, has announced his retirement effective September 30, 2018. Mr. Clancy has been an integral part of LSCU for the last 49 years and served as President for more than 25 years. He will remain on the LSCU Board of Directors through his elected term (2020).

We're excited to announce our new Online Payment Center launched on Wednesday, April 18th. With a fresh, new look and mobile optimized design, the Online Payment Center is better than ever.  We hope you'll find the updates more user-friendly and benefit from the new features.

The were winners of our Employee Service Awards were announced at the LSCU All Staff Training held on January 15, 2018. The three annual service awards given are Branch of the Year, Employee of the Year and the Sales Excellence Award. We are excited to recognize this year's recipients for their success in the 2017 business year.

LSCU will be converting to a new phone system beginning Friday, February 16th, at 6:00 PM (CST). The conversion will take place over the holiday weekend to minimize any disruption to Members and our internal operations. Members will still be able to access Automated Phone Banking and all eServices as normal while the changes are taking place.
