The were winners of our Employee Service Awards were announced at the LSCU All Staff Training held on January 15, 2018. The three annual service awards given are Branch of the Year, Employee of the Year and the Sales Excellence Award. We are excited to recognize this year's recipients for their success in the 2017 business year.

LSCU will be converting to a new phone system beginning Friday, February 16th, at 6:00 PM (CST). The conversion will take place over the holiday weekend to minimize any disruption to Members and our internal operations. Members will still be able to access Automated Phone Banking and all eServices as normal while the changes are taking place.

Official tax documents for 2017 will be mailed  by January 31st. Your tax documents will include all of the information you'll need regarding your LSCU accounts, including the amount of interest or dividends paid in 2017. 

The Annual Meeting for the 2017 business year will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at our Dallas Branch (7508 Ferguson Rd. Dallas, TX 75228). The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. We encourage all Members to join us and exercise their right to vote! Door prizes and refreshments will be provided.

Lone Star Credit Union will be leaving the Shared Branching network, which allows Members to make basic transactions at other participating credit unions. The changes will be effective April 1, 2018.

As we kick off the countdown to our 50^th Anniversary celebration, we’re encouraging all Members to tell us something good! Share a memory of the first car you purchased, a memorable experience working with one of our employees, how LSCU has helped you feel financially empowered, or your favorite part about being an LSCU Member.

Each week through October 20^th, we will select a story to highlight and that Member will receive our special 50^th Anniversary stainless steel tumbler as a free gift!

It’s amazing what dedicated teamwork can do. LSCU employees are “going casual for the kids” and participating in Miracle Jeans Day, a fundraiser benefiting Children's Medical Center in Dallas. Every Wednesday through September 13th, LSCU staff will donate $5 to the hospital in exchange for wearing jeans to work. Every dollar raised on this day will help us toward our goal of raising $2,000 and contribute to our collective goal of raising $350,000 nationwide.
