This means the final day to earn points will be March 31, 2017. Purchases made April 1 and later will no longer earn rewards points, but eligible points will still be redeemable through September 30, 2017. Although the conversion to chip cards has been a lengthy process for most financial intuitions and businesses,  this new technology brings hope to the fight against card fraud and gives cardholders a much higher level of protection than ever before. Outside the Dallas branch, blue ribbons were tied in front of our entrance and five American flags, one for each of the fallen officers, were placed next to our sign.
