Premier Rewards points earned prior to March 31, 2017 can still be redeemed through September 30th. Previous rewards users can redeem any remaining points by logging into their rewards account at uchooserewards.com. If you did not create an account and register your debit or credit card prior to March 31, 2017, you will not have any points to redeem.

Going Casual for the Kids

It’s amazing what dedicated teamwork can do. LSCU employees are “going casual for the kids” and participating in Miracle Jeans Day, a fundraiser benefiting Children's Medical Center in Dallas. Every Wednesday through September 13th, LSCU staff will donate $5 to the hospital in exchange for wearing jeans to work. Every dollar raised on this day will help us toward our goal of raising $2,000 and contribute to our collective goal of raising $350,000 nationwide.

Core Conversion Business Hours

Lone Star Credit Union will be converting to a new core system from June 2nd through June 5th. All LSCU branches, including our Member Service Center, will close promptly at 5:00 pm CST on Friday, June 2nd. While the conversion is in process, some services will be unavailable until it has been completed. We highly encourage Members to visit our conversion page and download our conversion FAQ.

LSCU Recognizes Employees' Success in 2016

Premier Rewards Program Ending

The LSCU Premier Rewards program will be ending effective March 31, 2017. This means the final day to earn points will be March 31, 2017. Purchases made April 1 and later will no longer earn rewards points, but eligible points will still be redeemable through September 30, 2017.

2016 Terrell's Best Winner

On October 20, 2016, credit unions around the world will celebrate International Credit Union Day (ICU Day).

Credit unions are not-for-profit financial cooperatives, offering the same services as other financial institutions, but with a people-first philosophy. Since 1948, on the third Thursday of every October, credit unions have celebrated the principles that make credit unions the best financial partners of people all over the world.  “The authentic difference,” this year’s ICU Day theme, zeroes in on what makes credit unions different from banks, fintech startups and other financial institutions—our principles.
