LSCU will be converting to a new phone system beginning Friday, February 16th, at 6:00 PM (CST). The conversion will take place over the holiday weekend to minimize any disruption to Members and our internal operations. Members will still be able to access Automated Phone Banking and all eServices as normal while the changes are taking place.
We do not anticipate any down time during this update; however, please send us a secure message within online or mobile banking or submit our contact form at lonestarcu.org if you experience any difficulties when calling 800.588.6928. As a reminder, all LSCU locations are closed on Monday, February 19th, in honor of Presidents’ Day.
